A council of models, and the proof behind every answer
Danphe sends your question to models from different companies, has them check each other's statements against your documents, and gives you the answer together with the evidence and the record.
How it works
From your question to a checked answer
Independent answers first; then every statement is checked against your sources by models from other companies; then an editor writes the answer from what held up.
1. Upload
PDF, Word, Excel, slides, scans. Every file is scanned first.
2. Find passages
The passages that matter to the question are found and kept with their page.
3. Independent answers
Models from different companies answer without seeing each other.
4. Blind cross-check
Each statement is checked by other models, who must quote your sources.
5. Editor
An editor writes the answer from what held up and marks what did not.
6. Labels
Every statement gets a label in words: agreed, disputed, not supported.
7. Audit record
Sources, answers, checks and costs are sealed in a hash-chained record.
Fair by construction
A model never judges itself
Every statement is checked by models from other companies. Models answer before they see each other, and the checks are blind to who wrote what.

When the models read a clause differently
Question: Can the supplier share our confidential information with its affiliates without telling us?
Can the supplier share without notice? Checking every reading…
Instead of picking one quietly, the answer shows both readings with their quotes and labels the point Disputed. Illustrative example; the agreement is fictional.
Example
What a checked answer looks like
An answer, then every statement in it with its label and the quote it relies on. Click a quote in the app and the source opens with the passage highlighted.
Question
Can the supplier share our confidential information with its affiliates without telling us?
Answer
Yes. Sharing with affiliates needs no prior notice, but only with affiliates bound by equally protective confidentiality terms. The agreement has no after-the-fact notice duty.
Checked statements
- 1Models agree
The supplier may share your confidential information with its affiliates without telling you first.
…may disclose Confidential Information to its Affiliates without prior notice to the Disclosing Party, provided that…Master Services Agreement, §7.2
- 2Models agree
Those affiliates must be bound by confidentiality terms at least as protective as this agreement.
…each Affiliate is bound by obligations no less protective than those set out herein.Master Services Agreement, §7.2(b)
- 3Disputed
The supplier must tell you within 30 days after sharing.
3 of 4 checks found no such clause in the agreement. Removed from the answer.
- 4Opinion
Consider asking for a notice requirement at renewal.
Statement by statement
The answer is split into individual statements, so one weak point doesn't hide behind a strong paragraph.
Evidence viewer
Each quote opens the source document at the right page with the passage highlighted. PDFs, Word, Excel, slides, scans and web pages are supported.
Who checked this
Open any statement to see which models agreed, which disagreed and why, in plain words.
Ask a person to review
Send a doubtful statement to a human reviewer from the answer itself (Pro and Pro Max).
Depths
Choose how hard the council works
Smart is the default: two models answer first, and the full council is called in only when they disagree.
Smart
RecommendedTwo models answer first. If they agree, you get a fast answer; if not, the full council is called in automatically.

Quick check
FastestTwo different models answer and their points are compared. No cross-examination.
about 30 s
Standard
BalancedSeveral models from different companies answer on their own, check each other's points against your sources, and an editor writes the final answer.
2 – 5 min
Thorough
Most carefulLike Standard, with more models, more checks per point, more rounds and a dedicated checker on every statement.
5 – 15 min
Full report
Long documentsEach model writes a complete report (for example a peer review, audit or feedback), each with its own focus. Every point of every report is checked by the other models over several rounds, points that all of them missed are looked for and checked too, and the final report is built on the strongest one with failed points fixed or marked.

Labels
The full label vocabulary
Labels always pair an icon with a word. “Confirmed” appears only in workspaces with a signed-off calibration; no workspace has one yet, so it is marked coming soon.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ConfirmedComing soon | Checked and certified. Independent models checked this against your sources, and this workspace has a signed-off calibration, so the error rate of “Confirmed” statements is measured. |
| Models agree | Backed by independent checks, with a quote (not certified). Independent models checked this and it is backed by a quote from your sources. It is not marked “Confirmed” because this workspace has no signed-off calibration yet, so the error rate of these statements has not been measured. Check the quote if the decision matters. |
| Two models agree | Both quick-check models said this. In a Quick check, two different models independently made this point. No full cross-examination was run. |
| Not settled | Backed, but not certified. The independent checks were mixed, or the point is backed but without a quote from your sources. Check the source before relying on it. |
| Only one model | Only one model said this. In a Quick check, only one of the two models made this point. Check the source before relying on it. |
| Disputed | Checks mostly went against it. Most independent checks disagreed with this statement or found the sources do not back it. Treat it as doubtful. (Not a certified result: this workspace has no calibration yet.) |
| Not supported | No model could back this up. Independent checks found no support in your sources, or found evidence against it. It was removed from or flagged in the answer. |
| Opinion | A judgement, not a checkable fact. Recommendations, interpretations and other judgements. They are shown for context but cannot be proven true or false from the sources. |
Audit
The audit record
Tamper-evident
Records are hash-chained and anchored with a signing key. A one-byte change to a past record is detected by the verifier.
Complete
Sources, quotes, every model's answer and verdict, settings version and costs, in one evidence pack (JSON or printable).
Fair by construction
A model never checks a statement written by its own model family, and models answer before they see each other's answers.
Control
Models and settings
Free uses a fixed council of four models from different companies. Pro opens up every model and algorithm setting; Pro Max adds your own councils, collections and calibrated results.
