How credits work, what happens when they run out, and how to pay.

Credits
What a question costs and when credits reset.
- Credits reset at the start of each calendar month.
- The cost is shown before you ask (see Choose a depth).
- Questions stop when the month's credits are used up; nothing is charged on top.
Tip: Need more before the month ends? Contact us and we add extra credits to your account for that month.

Pay by bank transfer
Upgrade without a card.
- 1Open Plans and choose Pro or Pro Max and the number of months.
- 2You get a reference (DC-…), the bank details and the amount, also by e-mail.
- 3Make the transfer with the reference and select I've sent the transfer.
- 4We activate the plan, usually within the hour, and e-mail you.
Note: A coupon code can be entered on the same page; a 100 % coupon activates the plan at once.
How long history is kept visible
Older questions depend on the plan.
Free shows the last 30 days, Pro 365 days and Pro Max 3 years. Older questions are not deleted: they reappear after an upgrade, and audit records keep their own retention.
