Your data is not used for training
Your files, questions and answers stay yours.
Your files, questions and answers are not used to train models. A workspace can also restrict which model vendors may be used and require providers that do not retain prompts or outputs.
Encryption and separation
Each organisation has its own key.
- Questions, answers and quotes are encrypted with a key that belongs to your organisation.
- Every database row is locked to its organisation.
- Documents are wrapped in a data boundary so text inside them cannot instruct the models; models get no tools.
Two-step sign-in
An authenticator app on top of your password.
You can add an authenticator app to your account. Repeated wrong passwords or codes pause sign-in for a while, and you are e-mailed when your account is locked or your password changes.
